Roles and Responsibilities:
- Hearing and resolving employee grievances, counseling employees and supervisors. Need to advice management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
- Monitor Wage and Salary administration program to ensure compliance.
- Need to analyze wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.
- Main contact point of all brands and buying house for the group for social /C-TPAT Compliance.
- Coordinate with brand/buying house for different project like- LABS/WCP, Her-respect etc.
- Coordination with the
all Oversee, supervise, & guide all Units HR Heads on HR/IR, Welfare, and
legal Compliance.
- Monitor & ensure
all legal compliance under different labor laws.
- Update system as per the latest legal amendment in the labor laws.
- Oversee, Supervise and fulfillment of Buyer compliance requirement.
