Sales Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Act as point of contact for Customer Coordination and escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Sales, Engineering, Senior Management) to address Customers needs.
  • Maintain Cost Sheet and Price List.
  • Preparing Quotations, Offers, PO's, etc.
  • Follow Ups with Clients for Quotations.
  • Email Handling via Outlook / Gmail.
  • Maintaining Sales Records & Sales Files.
  • Respond to complaints from customers and provide support when required.
  • Internal - Department Coordination.
  • Supporting the sales team with internal sales information.
  •  Team Player with a high level of Dedication.
  • Good command over English and Business Communication.
