Roles and Responsibilities:
- Act as point of contact for Customer Coordination and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Sales, Engineering, Senior Management) to address Customers needs.
- Maintain Cost Sheet and Price List.
- Preparing Quotations, Offers, PO's, etc.
- Follow Ups with Clients for Quotations.
- Email Handling via Outlook / Gmail.
- Maintaining Sales Records & Sales Files.
- Respond to complaints from customers and provide support when required.
- Internal - Department Coordination.
- Supporting the sales team with internal sales information.
- Team Player with a high level of Dedication.
- Good command over English and Business Communication.
