Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic support to the Managing Director by assisting in the formulation and execution of business strategies. Collaborate on key initiatives and contribute insights to drive organizational goals.
- Manage the MD’s calendar, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, business commitments, and external engagements. Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them.
- Facilitate effective meetings by coordinating logistics, preparing agendas, and ensuring relevant materials are available. Capture key action items and follow through on their timely completion.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal teams, clients, government officials, and other external partners. Foster strong relationships and ensure smooth communication channels.
- Support the MD in engagements with government entities. Coordinate necessary documentation, manage communication protocols, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Prepare, review, and organize documents, reports, and presentations. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to corporate standards in all materials.
- Manage travel arrangements for the MD, including itinerary planning, booking accommodations, and coordinating transportation. Provide comprehensive support for business trips.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion. Safeguard the MD's interests while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Assist the MD in prioritizing tasks based on strategic importance and urgency. Proactively identify areas where support is needed and manage time effectively.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes. Identify opportunities for increased efficiency, streamlined communication, and enhanced productivity.
