- Execute service tasks on time with quality, adhering to safety protocols.
- Handle customer concerns professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
- Manage service sites independently, coordinating with team members and clients.
- Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on switchgears (below 1KV).
- Manage and report on small-scale and low voltage distribution projects.
- Maintain documentation of work performed and ensure proper filing.
- Continuously improve technical skills through training and process improvements.
