Roles and Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Procurement of Fabrics
on right price, of specified quality, at right time.
- Estimating, negotiating, and agreeing
on budgets and timescales with Vendors and Managers.
- Determining quality control
standards.
- Supervising and managing the work of
junior staff.
- Managing the overall fabric purchase
activity & budgeting, fabric planning and sourcing in alignment with
production requirements.
- Must be able to identify and resolve fabrics issues.
- Developing new & existing vendors & ensuring smooth fabric supply chain.
